In place from the 4th March 2022 or later.
It is issued free of charge and will be valid for 3 years with the right of employment, study and claiming benefits in the UK.
The requirements differ from Scheme to Scheme.
In some cases, applicants with no legal status in the UK/adverse immigration history may qualify under the Scheme.
Depending on the application, we have seen applications approved on the same day/same week. Some, of course, may take longer (few weeks).

The Home Office aims to process family migration visa applications as quickly as possible, and your application will be prioritized.Depending on the application, we have seen applications approved on the same day/same week. Some, of course, may take longer (few weeks).
